Resolved by the. Senate / House of Representatives of the Jamaican Commonwealth, that the following article is proposed as federal law under the jurisdiction of the Jamaican Commonwealth, enforceable by Executive action.
For a bill: "Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Jamaican Commonwealth in Congress assembled, that:"
Section 1: Legally be able to use Cannabis for medical and recreational use by all Adults of the age 21 and older- and citizen the age of and over 21 may use Cannabis
Section 2: You may only have up to 15 plants per household only up to 5oz on your personal in public area and up to 10 oz in your private home
Section 3: This will affect All of The Northern Jamaican Region
Section 4: The act going to be funded by the tax revenue Appropriations Committee will enforce / administer
this act(the government agency will oversee the bill is enforced )
Section 5: Penalties for non-compliance (250 fine for any more then 5oz each ticket will get higher the amount of times u are fined or 30 days jail time) of the act
Section 6: Enactment Date: June 25, 2022
